Cars entered through Outwork's network are judged the same as every other car on the floor: Clean Build, Track Prepped, or Sleeper of the Year.
Outwork surfaces the show to its network of founders and helps get their cars on the floor. There is no separate entry path or different price. Every car, founder-owned or not, goes through the same $25 entry and the same judging.
