BMW Car Show & Rave in Orlando, FL

Beats & Bimmers · Host City: Orlando

Beats & Bimmers is based in Orlando, and Orlando is where it's staying. This isn't a touring show that happens to be stopping through — it's built around the city's BMW scene, its car culture, and the fact that Orlando already knows how to do nightlife right. We're combining the two things this city already does well: a real judged car show during the day, and a full sound-rig rave once the sun goes down. One ticket, one wristband, both halves of the day.

Why Orlando is the right host city

Orlando has BMWs everywhere — dealership traffic through the I-Drive corridor, a steady cars-and-coffee circuit, import and Euro meets scattered across the metro on any given weekend. What it hasn't had is a show that's locked to one marque and judged with actual classes, run by people who also know how to run a night event. Beats & Bimmers is that show. $25 entry gets any BMW on the floor — stock or built, doesn't matter — with judged classes for Clean Build, Track Prepped, and Sleeper of the Year.

Orlando's also a city built for the second half of the day. The metro has one of the densest concentrations of nightlife and event venues in Central Florida, and the crowd that shows up to a car meet on a Saturday afternoon is, more often than not, the same crowd that's already planning to go out that night. We stopped treating those as two separate events. Trophies get handed out, the cars get pushed to the edge of the lot, and the middle of the floor turns into a dance floor with three DJs back to back.

What to expect if you're coming from around Orlando

If you're local to Orlando proper — downtown, Mills 50, Baldwin Park, the Conway/Curry Ford corridor, anywhere inside the beltway — you're the core audience this show is built for. Bring the car if you've got a BMW; if not, the rave side is open to anyone with the same $25 wristband. Entry is always $25, no extra registration fee, no pre-show paperwork. Judging happens on-site the day of.

We're also seeing early interest from outside the city proper — Winter Park, Lake Nona, Sanford, Kissimmee, Altamonte Springs — which tracks with how spread out the Central Florida BMW scene actually is. Orlando sits in the middle of all of it geographically, which is a big part of why it's the host city. If you want the angle on how Winter Park's own car culture fits into that picture, we've got a page specific to Winter Park, and if you're anywhere else in the region, the Central Florida hub page covers the wider area.

$25 entry, judged classes, no gatekeeping

Show up in a BMW, pay the $25, and you're in — that's the whole barrier to entry on the car side. The judged classes are opt-in, not mandatory, so if you just want to park it and walk the lot, that's a completely normal way to spend the afternoon. If you want the full breakdown of how Clean Build, Track Prepped, and Sleeper of the Year are scored, we wrote a full guide to the judged classes here.

Then the lot clears and the floor opens

Once judging wraps, this stops being a normal car show. Cars get pushed back to the edges under string lights, a full sound rig gets fired up in the middle of the lot, and three DJs run back to back for the rest of the night. The same $25 wristband that gets you into the car show side gets you back in for the rave — no separate ticket, no re-entry fee. Here's more on why we built the format this way, and here's how it fits into the wider Orlando BMW meet scene if you want the fuller picture of what's already out there.

Date and venue, honestly

We haven't locked a date or a venue yet, and we're not going to post one just to have something on the page — that's how shows end up walking back an announcement. Both are still being finalized, somewhere in the Orlando metro. The email list on the homepage is the first place either will get announced, before it's posted anywhere else.
